How It Works

When you get your feet scanned at any Surefoot store, we save your foot scan in our database. This allows us to re-mill new orthotics whenever you need them. Simply order below using your name and phone number. The order form will also ask for your shoe type and size to ensure a perfect fit. We will locate your file and reach out if we have any questions. It's that easy!
